Key Responsibilities Teaching & Learning Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and seminars.
Develop lesson plans, course materials, and teaching resources.
Use innovative teaching methods and educational technologies to enhance student learning.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, presentations, practicals, and examinations.
Maintain attendance records, grades, and academic documentation.
Student Mentoring Guide and mentor students in academics, research, and career development.
Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate projects, internships, and dissertations.
Provide academic counseling and support to improve student performance.
Encourage participation in technical events, seminars, workshops, and competitions.
Required Qualifications Master\'s degree in the relevant discipline with a strong academic record.
NET/SET qualification is preferred or mandatory where applicable.

D.
in the relevant discipline is preferred or required as per UGC/AICTE/university regulations.
0–3 years of teaching, research, or industry experience.
