Production process
We have set up automatic production line .
Automatic winding line, Automatic assembly line ,Automatic checking line , vacuum potting line.
The production process include 4 times 100% testing, which are :
Turns test and impulse winding test after winding ,
Electrical test after assembly,
Integration testing after vacuum potting.
We pack the product by cardboard first then pack into carton then all carton stack on pallet. which are environmental friendly package material.
